What is the Branova Business Suite?
Branova Business Suite is a family of connected business apps — CRM, Helpdesk, Booking, Forms, Discover, Invoice, Inventory, AMC, HRMS and Projects — that share one Branova account and a single, consistent design. Sign in once here at apps.branova.in and open any app you've subscribed to. Each app is a complete product you can use on its own, or combine several to run your whole business.
Which apps are included in the suite?
The suite includes CRM (leads & pipeline), Helpdesk (tickets & SLAs), Booking (appointments), Forms (forms, surveys & submissions), Discover (B2B prospecting & lead intelligence), Invoice (GST billing), Inventory (stock & warehouses), AMC (maintenance contracts), HRMS (people & payroll) and Projects (project & work management).
Do I need one login for each app, or one for everything?
One Branova account works across every app (single sign-on). Sign in once at apps.branova.in and launch any app without re-entering your password.
If I use another Branova app, is my data shared automatically?
No. Each Branova app has its own separate database, so your business data stays inside the app where you created it. You sign in once with a single Branova account, but signing in never copies or merges data between apps — data moves only if you deliberately export it or set up a specific integration yourself.
Do I have to use all the apps?
No. Subscribe to just the one you need and add more later; your single account already works with all of them.
How does billing work — is it one bill or per app?
Each app is subscribed and billed separately according to its own plan, so you only pay for the apps you actually use. Pricing is in ₹.
How do I reset my password?
Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page to get a secure reset link by email. Because it's one account, the new password works across every Branova app.
Is there a free plan?
Most Branova apps offer a free tier so you can start at ₹0 and upgrade as you grow; check each app's pricing page for details.
How secure is my account and data?
Passwords are stored only as secure hashes, access is protected per account, and each app keeps its data in its own database. We follow applicable Indian data-protection law (DPDP Act, 2023) and use only essential cookies.
How do I add team members or colleagues?
Invite users inside each app you use; they sign in with their own Branova account and get access based on the role you assign.
